We are also able to assume problematic pre-designed water treatment plants and apply the necessary design modifications, refurbish, operate and maintain the plants with same emphasis on environmental safety and sustainability as well as cost effectiveness.

Through our investments arm, we are able to finance the supply of water treatment systems on both B.O.O.T. (Build Own Operate and Transfer) and B.O.O. (Build Own and Operate) basis where duration of the agreement is usually predetermined. This service is designed for customers who prefer not to investment a lump sum of capital to build a plant, instead, such clients would enter in an off-taker agreement to purchase water (in the case of desalination) for a pre-determined period.
